Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your new artwork! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
Conditions for Return:
- Returned artwork must be in its original condition, including undamaged packaging.
- I recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery.
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How to Make a Return:
- Contact me at larafrancesart@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- In your email, please specify your order number and the reason for your return.
- I will provide you with instructions on how to return your artwork safely.
Once I receive your returned artwork and verify it meets the return conditions, I will issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Additional Information:
- I cannot accept returns for artwork that has been damaged, modified, or used.
- I cannot accept returns for custom-made artwork.
- All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
